After the general election 2009 the BJP has decided the Major changes in party structure. According to new move the Nitin Gadkari became the party president and Sushma Sawraj became the leader of opposition in the Loksabha. BJP is trying the new game with help and talent of new generation. It is nothing wrong in respect of politics.
The Conggress Patry wants to develop the leadership of new generation under the leadership of Rahul and Priyanka. Congress party has got the success in general election 2009 and it prove that after 10 years every politcal party required a changes in structure. The new generation is one of asset of each political party which devlop the new role in politics. The congress party had did same thing which they require.
The BJP and Congress these the two parties are main poles of Indian politics. These two party has geting the support from new generation so they are able to make some changes in their structre. What about the other political parties like CPI, CPM, NCP, TDP and other regional parties. The old leaders wants to continue without any change. The new generation does not want a interaction with these political parties. These parties are not getting the support from young generation. The average age of our leaders is above 70. It's not good sign of feature. Each political party should think on this issue.
